What happens after I pay?
Your account is created automatically and your sign-in details are emailed to the address you used at checkout. Sign in at app.infiniteaicalls.com to set up your agent.
Do the 100 free minutes renew every month?
No. The 100 introductory minutes are added once when your account is created. After that, add minutes with a minute pack from your dashboard.
How do minute packs work?
Packs are one-time purchases of 250, 1,000 or 3,000 minutes. They're added to your balance after payment, and your agents use them as they talk.
How do I set up my AI agent?
In the dashboard you name your agent, choose a voice and language, write what it should say and collect, and add business information to its knowledge base.
Can the agent answer my inbound calls?
Yes. Set up a phone number for your agent in the dashboard and it answers calls to that number. You can also forward your existing business line to that number.
Who can my agent call in an outbound campaign?
Only people you have the right to call. You're responsible for any consent the law requires before an AI or automated call, honoring opt-outs and do-not-call requests, and calling only at permitted times. See section 9 of our Terms of Service.
How do I cancel?
Call 678-935-6401 or email designer@infinitemarketing.co and we'll cancel your plan so it doesn't renew. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
How does billing work?
The plan is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Minute packs are charged once when you buy them. Plan payments can be refunded within 7 days; see our refund policy.
