How AI Calling Minutes and Pricing Work
AI calling is priced in two parts: a monthly plan for the platform, and minutes for the time your agents spend talking. Here is exactly how it works with Infinite AI Calls.
The monthly plan
The AI Phone Agent plan is $99 a month. It includes inbound and outbound AI phone agents, contact and campaign management, and access to the dashboard. It renews monthly until you cancel.
Introductory minutes
Every new account gets 100 minutes once, when the account is created. They are for setting up and testing your agent and handling your first calls. They do not renew each month.
Minute packs
- 250 minutes for $75 ($0.30 per minute)
- 1,000 minutes for $250 ($0.25 per minute)
- 3,000 minutes for $600 ($0.20 per minute)
You buy packs from your dashboard when you need them. One minute of AI calling uses one minute from your balance, for both inbound and outbound calls.
Estimating what you need
Look at how many calls you get in a typical month and how long they last. For example, 200 calls averaging 2 minutes is about 400 minutes. Outbound campaigns add minutes based on how many people answer and how long they talk. Start with a smaller pack, watch your usage in the dashboard, and adjust.
Other charges
Phone number or carrier charges, if any, are shown in your dashboard before you buy. Prices are in US dollars.
Refunds and cancelling
Plan payments can be refunded within 7 days. Minute packs can be refunded within 7 days only if none of their minutes were used. Read the full refund policy.
