Pricing questions
Do the 100 free minutes renew every month?
No. The 100 introductory minutes are added once when your account is created. After that, add minutes with a minute pack from your dashboard.
How do minute packs work?
Packs are one-time purchases of 250, 1,000 or 3,000 minutes. They're added to your balance after payment, and your agents use them as they talk.
How is the estimate worked out?
It adds the $99 plan to the lowest-priced mix of packs that covers the minutes you pick. "Your first month" takes off the 100 introductory minutes. Any minutes left over from a pack stay in your balance.
Are there other charges?
Phone number or carrier charges, if any, are shown in your dashboard before you buy. Prices are in US dollars.
How does billing work?
The plan is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Minute packs are charged once when you buy them. Plan payments can be refunded within 7 days; see our refund policy.
How do I cancel?
Call 678-935-6401 or email designer@infinitemarketing.co and we'll cancel your plan so it doesn't renew. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
